Shipping and Mounting

Delivery is free with installation for orders over 4,000 MDL within the city of Chișinău. For the rest of the country, orders can be placed through local partner stores. For more information, please check the list of partners on our website.

The installation service is included in the price displayed on the website and is available only in the city of Chișinău. In other regions, orders can be placed through local partner stores. Consult the list of partners on our website for more details.

• When receiving your order, please carefully check the exterior condition of the package, the integrity of the packaging, and the product, and report any issues to the courier at the time of delivery.
• Ambianța is not responsible for the errors caused by measurements taken by customers or for installations carried out by unauthorized persons.

Please note that due to lighting and contrast conditions, the colors of the products may not exactly match reality.

The installation service does not include the following:

• Connection to electricity, water, gas, or sewage networks;
• Repair, reinforcement, or finishing work on walls;
• Cutting of countertops, application of ABS edging;
• Modifications to the original configuration or parts of the furniture;
• Disassembly of existing furniture in the space designated for the installation of Ambianța products.
